    Fitting Instructions Steps Guide (4 steps)

    Complete the steps to fit the part into the vehicle correctly

    Step 1

    Turn the engine and the ignition switch OFF

    Tilt the truck cab to reach the radiator cap or coolant reservoir cap.

    Remove the reservoir cap.

    Unscrew the drain valve by using the socket wrench.

    Step 5

    Drain the coolant in the coolant tray.

    During disassembling the radiator,  Dismantle the intercooler accessories  Disassemble the intercooler lower hose.

    Step 7

    Disassemble the outlet radiator hose.

    Disassemble the outlet radiator hose.

    Step 8

    Disassemble all the attached hoses in the reservoir and the coolant level sensor connector.

    Step 9

    Remove the coolant reservoir by disassembling the 4 bolts.

    Disassemble the intercooler upper hose.

    Disassemble the intercooler upper hose.

    Disassemble the intercooler upper hose.

    Disassemble the intercooler upper hose.

    Step 12

    Disassemble the radiator mounts from the both side.

    Disassemble the radiator mounts from the both side.

    Unscrew the condenser nuts to make the radiator free.  Pull the radiator and the intercooler assembly gently.
