    Tech Assist: Automotive Expertise at Your Fingertips

    Valeo Tech Assist is the free online technical assistance platform for automotive professionals to identify the right Valeo part and access all the associated technical information and pragmatic tutorials. Tech Assist is available in 17 countries, 11 languages, and covers more than 70,000 Valeo car parts. In 2025, more than 1.5 million users will have visited Valeo Tech Assist.


    Valeo goes further with a brand new version of Valeo Tech Assist released in October 2025. A deep analysis has been conducted worldwide on more than 100 mechanics and distributors in order to bring to its utmost the search for technical information. In only 1 click, users now have access to a mobile-friendly interface that integrates new features to ease their daily life.


    All search options are provided, through plate number, VIN, or vehicle model ; Valeo parts can be selected and compared at the technical specification level to make sure the user gets the most accurate information ; last, the user is reminded of his previous searches to spend the least time possible, with a new smart search history feature.


    Over 5,000 practical technical documents are available, featuring step-by-step fitting procedures with illustrations and details on necessary tools and mounting operations.


    Finally, a complete library of free video tutorials is now available in order to support the professionals: hands-on videos from 3 to 30 minutes to explain the Valeo portfolio, as well as clear instructions to demonstrate how to fit or dismantle Valeo parts.

    Acting as a true customer self care portal, Valeo My Portal streamlines day-to-day activities. Distributors can place orders online, access pricing, and review the full history of orders, deliveries, and invoices. They can also manage warranties and commercial claims without delays—all through an intuitive interface available around the clock. 


    The portal not only simplifies operations, but also offers personalized business opportunities, such as dedicated promotions, performance analyses for each distributor by product range, and information for launching new products or new prices.
