NEW TSB EC022/12 - Radiator/Heater Matrix - Inlet Manifold

TSB EC021/12 - Composition of a Radiator

TSB EC020/12 - 812225 Leaking Heater Matrix

TSB EC023/2012 -700412 - EGR Connection Plug

TSB EC019/2012 -732535 Radiator Bottom Hose Redesign

TSB EC018/2010 - Engine Cooling - VAG Radiators, what to check when using quick release hoses:

TSB EC017/2010 - Engine Cooling - 734276 - BMW E46 Radiator modification for automatic and manual gearboxes:

TSB EC016/10 - Engine Cooling - Fan Switch Seal:
A Rover fan switch plug is available to seal up redundant hols on some Radiators.

TSB EC015/10 - Engine Cooling - Radiator Cap:
With some Citroen Peugeot Radiators a different Radiator cap may be needed.

TSB EC014/09 Engine Cooling:
How the oil cooler is fitted inside the Radiator and to also show it is a separate chamber inside the end tank.

TSB EC012/09 Engine Cooling- 732885/732886:
In both of 732885 and 732886 an additional bag of parts is supplied to enable the end user to fit the new radiator.

TSB EC001-07 Engine Cooling - Rover K series over pressurisation:
Blown/expanded header tanks and/or an oil - water mix is often mistakenly diagnosed as premature radiator failure.

TSB EC002-08 Engine Cooling - Metro 200/400 fan switch bung:
Some Rover Metro 200/400/25/45 vehicles do not utilise the fan switch location in the radiator header tank, and may have the fan switch located elsewhere within the cooling system loop. If this is found to be the case, the fan switch aperture will require a blanking plug to be fitted.

TSB EC003-08 Engine Cooling - Premature PSA group 812006 heater matrix leaking:
Leaking heater rads. Valeo strongly advise that the cooling system is flushed through thoroughly, using Forte Cooling System Flush and an additive Forte Cooling System Conditioner with the replacement coolant to stop any blockages.

TSB EC005-08 Engine Cooling - PSA group level sensor blanking plug:
Some vehicles do not require the aperture in the side tank for a level sensor, so this will need to be blanked. There are two types of sensor which have different types of fitment -one which has a collar and the other which is a flusher type.

TSB EC006-08 Engine Cooling - PSA Ford radiator with extra outlet requiring bung:
Radiators that have been modified to suit more than one application may need blanking caps/bungs.

TSB EC007-08 Engine Cooling - 22mm Fan Switch bung:
Some radiators have a 22mm threaded fan switch hole in the header tank which is not required, as the original radiator removed does not house the fan switch within the radiator. To rectify this issue a fan switch aperture bung can be installed.

TSB EC008-08 Engine Cooling - 713076 Radiator Cap:
This application shares its radiator with the Honda Accord and the radiators have two different radiator caps. As Valeo currently supply the Honda equivalent unit for both applications, the filler neck size will be different to the Rover original.

TSB EC009-08 Engine Cooling - 732825 Fitting Warning:
We should advise that care should be taken when fitting and tightening the top mounting bolt through the slampanel and ensure that the correct length of fastener is used as incorrect fitment or tightening will cause the housing to crack.

TSB EC010-08 Engine Cooling - 732198 BMW E36 bleeding system common issue:
The bleed screw on this radiator needs to be fully removed to aid air bleeding.

TSB EC011-08 Engine Cooling - EGR Valve information:
EGR valve information sheet.

TSB EC013-09 Engine Cooling - tech codes in back of catalogue:
On all Valeo radiators there are cross referencing tech codes. You can cross refer these in the back of the Engine Cooling catalogue.

TSB003 Heater Rads - PSA 4 page:
Leaking heater rads. Valeo strongly advise that the cooling system is flushed through thoroughly using Forte Cooling System Flush and an additive Forte Cooling System Conditioner with the replacement coolant to stop any blockages.
